To the good people @ Fanworks: Please know that I never take the time to provide feedback, however my experience with your company has restored my faith in the meaning of competence and customer service. I usually approach purchases on any web site with trepidation. I needn't have been concerned, as it turned out, in this case.
I simply ordered a single downrod on 9/28. A few days later, I called your customer service department and spoke to Nicole. She took my information and asked me to wait while she looked it up. I ended up taking another call while waiting. Nicole then called me back.... twice. The first time she left a message and then tried again and reached me. She indicated the downrod shipped the same day I ordered it ......(!!!!) and I could expect to receive it on 10/5...which I did!!
You all should know how impressed I am with your web site, prices, accuracy, variety of items and your unparalleled professionalism and customer service. I wish I had discovered you much earlier.

My order arrived recently and I am very, very pleased with it. This is the fourth fan that I have ordered from you company and every one arrived in excellent condition with no hardware missing and all were a snap to install for a DIYer like my self. Good afternoon, I have purchased 3 of your factory renewed Hunter fans and just completed the purchase of my fourth Hunter renewed fan from your company and I would be less than a concerned consumer if you were not aware of the fact that I have had the most enjoyable experience in purchasing items from your company. Every item so far has been top quality merchandise. I have found that your Hunter Factory Renewed fans are in better condition and work much quieter than other manufacture's products.
